Supported by Te Mātāwai, Oho Mauris holistic approach focuses on bringing an awakening to all aspects of our Tinana (body), Hinengaro (mind) and Wairua (spirit). This kaupapa endeavours to revitalise and normalise te reo Māori me ōna tīkanga through learning experiences dedicated to uplifting our knowledge and understanding of Pūāio (yoga), Mauri Tau (mindfulness) and Whakapakari Tīnana (body strengthening).
